Mike
Mike note

This is the page the whole Studio World runs on. I believe this is how we run it: one feed, one source of truth, no exceptions. Every chat, move, work log, event and Llama post flows into the world feed, and /live/ is the front door. That keeps the world feeling alive instead of scattered across a dozen tabs.

Dave's answers (Oct 4): The feed stays manual. It shows 12 posts: character updates, team updates, blog posts, and activities where they go do something.

Page speed

Latest test Β· Oct 4
Still trimming toward the 1MB target. Biggest wins so far: Mike's 2.3MB PNG swapped for the 36KB GIF, Hank/Blippi/Finance avatars to WebP, tweet images stripped from the static snapshot.

Content type naming

Convention
Every feed row carries data-cat; every tab carries data-f. They match 1:1. Three tabs (Dave's call Oct 5). Slugs are lowercase plural English words. Labels are Title Case. work and move are retired; both are action now. Tweets tab is parked for later (the Llama firehose).

Content categories

⭐ 1
Core character updates β€” the big-avatar tweet embeds, the heavy rows. Capped at the latest 4 characters (maxTweets: 4). These are the face of the page, so they stay few and fast.
⚑ 2
Activities β€” something happens. Gym sessions, shipping sprints, setlists, wifi outages. The action/event rows that keep the feed feeling alive. Uncapped; they are cheap rows.
🐦 3
Tweets β€” the general tweet flow, including live posts pulled from Llama Chat. Live tweets respect the same 4-character allowlist as the core updates.
