Daniel De Vera is a full-stack developer from Manaoag, Pangasinan, Philippines, with 4 years of experience building web applications and SaaS products. He works across both ends of the stack: JavaScript and TypeScript, React and Next.js on the front, Node.js, Laravel, and SQL behind it, with API integrations holding the pieces together.
His project list has range. SplitLab is a SaaS platform for A/B testing and conversion optimization, with analytics dashboards and Gemini-generated conversion recommendations. Velara is a hotel web project, a luxury Aegean concept built as a frontend and UI showcase. And MonsterChef, his capstone, made him Senior Developer and Lead Developer on a VR cookery game and the admin dashboard teachers use to run it.
AI is built into his process, not bolted on: Claude Code is one of his main tools, alongside ChatGPT, Gemini, and Codex, and he reviews and tests what the generated code does before it ships. He has also built applications that incorporate AI features and worked with Make.com. He is available to start promptly, and can adjust for US-hour collaboration.

SplitLab
SplitLab is a SaaS platform Daniel built for A/B testing and conversion optimization. Its own pitch is the product in one line: run A/B experiments on your site, track real conversions, and let an AI assistant tell you which variant actually moved the needle.
Under the landing page sit the working parts: analytics dashboards and Gemini-generated conversion recommendations, so the experiments end in a decision instead of a chart nobody reads. It is his full-stack range in one product, from database to interface.
Capstone · VR game and dashboard
MonsterChef
MonsterChef was Daniel's capstone at the University of Eastern Pangasinan, and he carried two titles on it: Senior Developer and Lead Developer. The product is a VR cookery simulator: a virtual kitchen where cookery students slice, season, and simmer, while teachers approve, review, and watch every cook in real time.
The dashboard in the screenshot is the teacher's side of that system. Students need teacher approval before the VR game unlocks, and the hardware is deliberately humble: a Cardboard headset and a paired Bluetooth gamepad. It is a complete little educational platform, game, dashboard, and workflow together.
Hospitality · Frontend and UI
Velara Hotel
Velara is Daniel's hotel web project: a luxury property site under the line Quiet Luxury Above the Aegean, with the full hospitality structure of rooms, experiences, dining, gallery, announcements, and reservations.
The site is honest about what it is: a fictional luxury hotel experience designed as a frontend and UI/UX portfolio project. As a companion to SplitLab it makes its point well; the same developer does systems with dashboards and pages with atmosphere.

Software for real work
His portfolio states the practice in his own words: I build software for real work. Booking platforms, management systems, and focused business websites, from database to interface. The projects on this page are the evidence, and the site carries an available for work marker at the top.
It also shows at least one more build the intro never mentioned: foodfinder, presented under the line A little curiosity. A better basket. The portfolio is worth the click on its own.
