The work

What Jiro has shipped

Six real systems, all live or running in production. Every picture is the real thing, and every one is a tap away.

The flagship · Insight Advantage Group

MailSort: accounts payable that runs itself

MailSort's live flow, from Jiro's portfolio: every invoice classified, matched, and reconciled

Jiro built MailSort for Insight Advantage Group's accounts payable team. It reads the AP mailbox with Claude, files every email, pulls the fields off each invoice, checks the math, and matches it to the right Syncore purchase order. Clean invoices post to QuickBooks by themselves, discrepancies route to a person to resolve, duplicates are dismissed, and one human approves every dollar. The team gets about 20 hours a week back, and Jiro, who started out knowing nothing about accounting, learned it from the team as he built.

Receipt OCR API · Python

SmartScan: receipts in, accounting out

SmartScan is a receipt-scanning API Jiro built in Python. It reads German food receipts, files them into a database, and builds the accounting report from them, so a pile of paper receipts becomes clean books with nobody re-typing a thing.

Dorm marketplace · TypeScript + Supabase

Dormo: a second home near campus

Dormo gathers dorms near Philippine universities into one searchable marketplace, filtered by area, room type, and budget, with verified dormitories across Metro Manila. An AI voice agent helps field renter inquiries, so students get answers fast instead of waiting on a busy landlord.

Author funnels · Monetization builder

BookFunnelOS: book sales beyond Amazon

BookFunnelOS gives authors their own storefront and funnel, beyond Amazon. An author brings their book and gets a lead magnet, an order page, an upsell, and call booking, the whole path that turns readers into clients, students, and community.

Community + storefront · aimusicacademy.app

AI Music Academy: where AI music finds its audience

A streaming home built for AI musicians. Listeners stream AI-generated tracks and follow the artists behind them, artists earn from every play, and merch sells with zero commission.

GoHighLevel · n8n · Make · Zapier

Thirteen quiet machines

Jiro's automation stack, layered: automation, AI, data, runtime, languages
Jiro's stack, from his portfolio: the tools behind the thirteen workflows

Alongside the apps, Jiro keeps thirteen automation workflows running in production for clients: CRM pipelines, onboarding flows, booking systems, and Retell AI receptionists that answer and book leads while the team sleeps.

From support calls to running systems

Jiro came up through the operator's seat: support calls, CRM pipelines, and whole teams' daily operations. That is why his systems fit the way people actually work. He has done the manual jobs himself, so he knows which of them are worth automating, and how to automate them without breaking what already works.

The path, step by step

01Customer service representative, VXI Global. Support and Salesforce case documentation, ranked top 10% company-wide in upsell conversions.
02GoHighLevel specialist. CRM pipelines, onboarding flows, and booking systems, with forms and confirmations that cut manual coordination.
03Operations and virtual support. Daily backend operations across CRM, calendar, and content for multiple accounts.
04Freelance software developer. Client builds: SmartScan, BookFunnelOS, AI Music Academy, and the Dormo marketplace.
05AI and software specialist, Insight Advantage Group. Built MailSort, the system that runs the accounts payable he once would have keyed in by hand.

More in the workshop

Two more builds round out the bench: Amala Fit, a fitness app running on Next.js and Supabase, and Insight Portal, the internal portal his team works from every day. When he is not shipping, Jiro is at the gym, on a basketball court, traveling, or hunting down a good coffee shop.

Hire Jiro.

Bring him the process your team still does by hand: the invoices you re-key, the leads you chase by memory, the report you rebuild every week. He will show you what a system would do instead.
