Kim’s answer to a real problem: one person can only review so much agent work. Cockpit puts his coding agents in one workspace with a strict loop, so quality is enforced by the system, not by hope.

01An agent builds the change Kim assigned.
02Automated tests check the work as soon as it lands.
03A separate agent reviews the change, like a second pair of eyes.
04Problems loop back for fixes before anything reaches Kim.
05Kim approves and saves a checkpoint.

Jobsift

A workflow that has run continuously on Kim’s server since it shipped. It collects job listings from board APIs, his inbox, and the web, has an LLM extract and score each one against his resume, applies hard filters first so weak matches never cost a call, then archives results to Google Sheets and pings him on Telegram when a strong one lands.
