Zeus builds AI business modules for Noah's FAITE platform with IBM watsonx and its agent development kit. Two of them carry names: STWRD.CRM, a B2B CRM with an AI assistant built in, and QUOT, which compares supplier quotes and runs the bidding with AI.
His agent work there also includes an AI real estate agent and an AI seller, built on the same watsonx stack: software that answers questions, qualifies interest, and does the follow-up work a person would otherwise repeat all day.

Automations that run on their own
His favorite builds are the ones nobody has to babysit. At Noah he automated Certificate of Employment requests so they generate straight from employee records, built a policy FAQ chatbot for staff questions, and set up AI interview pre-onboarding.
He also builds data pipelines that pull in records and check them with AI before anyone trusts the numbers, the same verify-first habit that runs through everything he ships.

Budget App: finance with an AI companion
Budget App is his personal finance web app: more than 200 features and an AI budget companion, built with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT in his daily flow.
It is a serious codebase rather than a demo: Python and TypeScript, database migrations, a real test suite, and 69 commits and counting, with recent work on the AI companion's conversation handling and its guardrails.

Four years of e-commerce support
Before the agent work, and alongside it, Zeus spent four years in e-commerce support: order tracking, returns, refunds, escalations, and high-volume ticket queues in Zendesk, Gorgias, and Shopify.
That is why his automations are practical. He has sat in the support chair himself, so he builds for the person who has to use the tool at the end of the line.
