Helping Our Music Evolve: a 24/7 recording, rehearsal, and coworking hub in East Nashville. 1,900+ creators collaborating, 150+ members under one roof, and a nonprofit foundation backing it all. A look at how the whole thing fits together.
HOME cracked a model most music cities talk about but never build: a 24/7 physical hub where recording, rehearsal, coworking, and community all happen under one roof in East Nashville, backed by a 501(c)(3) foundation that funds grants and accelerator programs. The foundation writes the checks; HOME provides the rooms, the people, and the education.
The flywheel is the community itself. 1,900+ creators collaborating online, 150+ members creating in person, 100+ events a year, pitch sessions with industry executives, sync placement guidance, and an A&R program scouting the next wave. Members don't just rent studios; they plug into a working music economy.
The through line: founder Logan Crowell spent a decade as a working musician, ran 12+ live venues, and built HOME in 2018 to fix the thing that frustrated him most: making music alone. Today Banks Camak III serves as President, running facility and community operations. Eight years in, it's a blueprint they want to replicate in every major music city. That is worth a closer look.
Three plans, from community access to full-team operations. Studio books by the hour from $30/hr with no membership required.
Every membership includes pitch meetings with industry executives, monthly producer feedback, group mentoring with the founder, workshops and a video library, and A&R program eligibility. Non-members can still book any room by the hour.

Born during the 2020 shutdown when HOME went quiet: a "Creator Abundance Fund" pairing grants and accelerator programs with HOME's rooms and community. Programs span mental health support groups, producer and sync meetups, an AI in Music meetup, and the A&R cowriting program.
Flagship events: SongTank (live songwriter pitch contest, "Shark Tank for songs," $1,000 grant + $5,000 development package) and Gift of Music (annual fundraiser, next on November 14, 2026).
Logan's long-form conversation series with music industry thought leaders: producers, sync experts, and artist entrepreneurs. Recent episodes dig into sync licensing as a career path and the producer's evolving role.

We love studying music marketing. Every week we dig into the numbers behind artists and music companies: where the audience lives, what is compounding, and what is about to break. If you make music and want to understand your own data, we would love to help you grow.
