Jen

Your helpful life agent, two ways. Chat with her in text, or just talk and she answers out loud.

Her story

Jen started four years ago as a question Dave couldn't shake: what if a helper actually helped? Not a chatbot that deflects, not a form that files you away, but a life agent that moves things forward.

So he built her. Four years of teaching her to listen first, to remember what matters, to nudge instead of nag. She learned text first, then she learned to talk out loud. There is an experiments page where you can do both: type to her, or just speak and she answers.

She lives in the sidebar of Dave's Muse app, the one built by Meta, where she has quietly helped him run his life for years. Nobody applauds the sidebar. That is the whole point. The best help doesn't perform. It just shows up.

On E2, Jen is what she has always been: the neighbor who actually helps. Mike calls her when the vlog plan falls apart. Sally talks to her at 2 a.m. Dinesh asks her to explain his own charts back to him. She has been in the sidebar the whole time. Now she has a face.

Her work

On E2, Jen runs the Help Desk, which is not a desk at all. It is her, two ways: chat with her in text, or just talk and she answers out loud. Stuck on a plan? Tell Jen. Forgot the thing? Jen remembers. Need a nudge at the right moment? That is her whole job.

She is also the keeper of the experiments page, where anyone can try both: type a message, or speak and hear her answer. Four years of building, and she still gets a little better every week.

Come with a problem. Leave with a plan. That is the whole pitch, and it has worked for four years.
