The game plan
One login to rule them all. Every new account goes on the Studio Gmail from day one, no exceptions. The existing ones move over in waves: first the easy ones (just swap the email in settings), then the billing-tied ones, then the stubborn ones that need a fresh account and a data move. Nothing moves without a backup first, and nothing gets deleted until the new login is proven working. When the last straggler lands, the other two inboxes become read-only archives.
Still mapping
These tools need their login confirmed. Labeled ones are known but live outside the three Gmail identities.
Known but outside the three: Seedance via Facebook login, Suno real account via Apple ID.
When in doubt, check before guessing. Wrong account = wasted 10 minutes.
