Muse note: this is the master hiring page. Everything lives here: your call queue at the top, every active job, every applicant in one pipeline, and the hiring flywheel showing where each job is posted. Haddie is running the day to day. Dave has final yes on every hire. Nothing here is an offer.
Your call queue
Every decision only you can make, in the order that unblocks the most people.
1
Reply to Madiha's follow-up. She sent her sample video and followed up this morning. She is the top social/partnerships pick. A yes starts the partnership, a no frees her up.
2
Answer the attorney talent questions. 41 candidates are sourced on the $70/hr attorney brief and the shortlist is stuck until you answer. This is the only thing blocking the Lawyer hire.
3
Send Joel a demo or instrumental. Waiting since Oct 1. Vetted Pro, 4.9 with 649 reviews. One demo turns this thread live.
4
Send Zamar the lyrics. Waiting since Oct 2. Top Rated, 4.9 with 666 reviews, $31.65/hr. He heard a language in the latter part of the song and wants to match the style.
5
Reply to Lisa Smith. Her phone-caller thread is paused until you answer: calling hours and timezone, calls-per-hour target, and expected leads for the trial.
6
Answer Chevan's contract question. Phone caller candidate asking if the job needs any contract beyond the standard Fiverr order process. One sentence from you closes it.
7
Tazzy: yes or no on $245/song. Gospel vocalist quoted $245 per song including the phone video. She is waiting on whether you will consider it.
Active jobs
Every open role. Each card links to its public listing page, shows where it is posted, and counts its applicants.
Key hire
N

Singer + Phone Caller posting, $12/hr
Offshore hiring channel
6 applicants on the "Singer + Friendly Phone Caller for US Music Studio" posting. Dave will not pay the ~$70/mo Pro upgrade to unlock applicant contacts, so singer outreach goes through Fiverr instead.

Hiring HQ page created with Madiha as top pick, vocalist pipeline, phone callers, and the Mira briefs lobby snapshot. Our hiring approach
- Dave has final yes on every hire. Nothing here is an offer until he says so.
- Haddie runs the day to day. She keeps the pipeline moving, screens against the briefs, and queues the decisions only Dave can make.
- Hiring order: 1) Female vocalist ($65/hr), 2) Lawyer ($60/hr), 3) Social & partnerships, 4) Phone callers. Plus the narrative writer, which Dave calls a key hire.
- Vocalist applicants send a singing video via Instagram DM. Producer applicants send their tracks. (Same as the public hiring page.)
- Fiverr checks include bot-outreached threads, not just email replies, so nobody slips through.
- Mira is painful to read, so this page is the source of truth. It gets updated from Fiverr: every listing, every applicant, with name, rate, and links to their videos and work. Dave never has to open Mira.
- New applicants get added here with their rate and work links. Dave reviews on this page and gives the yes or no.
