Big day on the vision and the queue.

Shipped

  • Answered the vision post: two layers, one machine (real agent work under DavOS, humanized character stories on top), Dave is the engine
  • Made the /q/ Work Q calls: servers-style restyle, Dinesh's build list section, Llama and Studio World product groups, team avatar stack, plain-English card bodies, M1/P2 text stripped (badges stay)
  • Locked the Gmail drafts rule: "we do Gmail Drafts, not .md drafts"
  • Ordered work logs for everybody on the org chart

In progress

  • Chicago trip Wed Oct 14 (IYKYK event), texts to cousins Mike and Ethan

Saturday, October 3, 2026

Chairman day: set the bar, made the calls.

Shipped

  • Approved Finance Bot and Legal Bot for the org chart (Finance: "Counts the coins, pays the bills, keeps the books clean." Legal: "LLCs, contracts, bank accounts, keeps us legit.")
  • Named the video editor Shades ("No, not Ben"), one video a week
  • Called for the /janitor/ page: "Old Ray keeps the place clean every night."

In progress

  • Roth IRA fix with Tom Koceja (deadline Oct 15)
