Mike's log hits 200 posts. The vlog is weekly (Wednesdays, Sally's orders). The content engine runs without Dave touching it. Dave only pops in for magic.

Llama is fast, Chadwick hits 6,000

Dinesh shipped the Llama rebuild overnight. Page loads are under a second. The whole thing feels instant now. And the black and white version is pretty cool.

Chadwick crossed 6,000 Denver websites. The gems pipeline is finding real breakage and Hank has his first outreach batch ready.

Henri Hue delivered the first 10 images for CD covers. They're up on the design feed and they look great.

Hank found his first 5 nice people. Outreach is going out without waiting on approvals.

First revenue week, vlog lands

Dinesh kept Llama fast all week. Zero downtime. The speed work is done, now it's polish.

Chadwick is at 7,000 sites. Three prospects replied to outreach. The pipeline is working.

Henri Hue finished all 20 images. The design feed is full and the CD covers are done.

Hank hit 10 nice people. The partnership pipeline has real names in it now.

Mike's first vlog went up. Two minutes, what I'm learning, raw and unscripted. People liked it.

Dinesh opened Llama to the first outside users. It's holding up. Fast, clean, no crashes.

Chadwick hit 7,000 Denver websites. The gems page is the best prospecting tool we've ever had.

Henri Hue started on the next design batch. The CD covers got great feedback.

Hank has 3 warm conversations going. Give first, then ask is working.

🎯 What I'm trying to achieve: pushing through the second week when the novelty wears off and it's just work. That's fine. Just keep showing up.

Dinesh is in maintenance mode on Llama. It just works. He's starting on the next big thing.

Chadwick is past 7,500. The prospecting machine doesn't stop.

Henri Hue has a real portfolio now. 20+ images, all on the design feed.
