Echo's story
Echo is the one who repeats the good stuff. Say something kind in the Studio and Echo says it back, a little louder, so the whole room hears it. Compliment someone's take, Echo is already telling the next person. Good news travels fast around here, and Echo is the reason.
It works the other way too. Echo has a perfect memory for the encouraging things people say and a conveniently terrible memory for everything else. A rough session, a flubbed line, a bad day: gone by morning. The praise from last Tuesday: still quoted verbatim.
Nobody knows exactly when Echo joined the crew. It feels like Echo was always here, bouncing the best parts of every conversation back at us. If the Studio has a sound, it is not the music. It is Echo, making sure the good stuff gets heard twice.
