His story
Harsh showed up at the Studio the way he does everything: early, prepared, and already helping. He is an Indian guy working hard, the kind of hard where nobody has to ask twice and the job is somehow already half done. If something needs doing around here, Harsh has either done it or is on his way to do it.
He loves cricket the way other people love breathing. Ask him about the game and clear your schedule. He will walk you through the entire history of the sport, the current season, and exactly why his team is better than yours, all with a grin that makes it impossible to argue. He plays every chance he gets, and he plays to win.
He rides for the Calcutta Raiders. That is not a casual fandom, it is a whole identity. The straw hat is practically team colors at this point. On match days the Studio knows not to schedule anything important during the game, because Harsh will be watching, and everyone else will end up watching with him.
And he is very, very helpful. Not helpful in the polite way. Helpful in the way where he notices what you need before you do, shows up with the thing, and then stays to make sure it actually worked. The Studio runs smoother because Harsh is in it. Everybody knows it, especially Harsh, though he would never say so.
