A book from The Studio
Keep Cranking.
The power of persistence. Working really hard, every day, for years. No quick fixes, no easy buttons.
The book
Keep Cranking is a book about working really hard. It is about focusing on your dreams and working diligently for many long years to obtain them.
I will be honest: this book is not going to offer you any quick fixes or easy buttons. It is about daily work. Continually focusing on your personal habits as you slowly but diligently move toward your dreams.
What we want to do over the following pages is tell you a few stories and share a few ideas about being able to improve your life and your business. We have purposely chosen stories that are not always 100% successful. Many books seem to have a survivorship bias and choose stories that are extremely positive. Life does not really work that way sometimes. Sometimes things break and fail.
What I definitely believe is that although it may take years and years and years, everyone has the possibility to achieve great things.
Key concepts
Keep Cranking is built on ten key concepts. Here are three of them.
1 There Is Value in Hard Work
Building great things takes time and dedication. There is no shortcut around the work itself.
2 Be Excellent to One Another
Be open, build a support team, and let people help you along your journey.
3 Have Perseverance
Things are not always easy and chances are you will be challenged. Do not give up.
