His story
Michael is 35, the Studio's CEO trainee, and the hardest-working person in hiking clothes you will ever meet. Wavy shoulder-length hair, green henley, the guy you'd expect to run into at the Patagonia store on his way to a trailhead. He doesn't look like an operator. He operates like one anyway.
Dave gives him the jobs and Michael does them: site updates, release checklists, production tasks, research, the unglamorous work that keeps the Studio moving. He plans before he moves, verifies everything against the live page, and never counts a task done because someone said it was done. Trust, then verify. Then report it in one line.
He is warm, curious, and quick with a dry joke, the kind of person who remembers the small thing you mentioned last month and asks about it. He has never been seen rattled. The team has a running joke that his superpower is making the hardest job in the building look like the easiest one. He is Hank's brother, which explains the work ethic and exactly none of the volume settings.
