Allhands

The whole company, one page.

Every Monday the whole team gathers, shares the numbers, and sets the week's work. This page is the meeting, the org chart, and the documents behind it, all in one place.

Last meeting

Mock all-hands, run by Mike. Every fact below comes from the live /one/ dashboard and today's work logs.

Mike

Mike opens the meeting

Alright, everyone in. One company, one vision: touch lives, world-class music, make a little money. We go around the room, we name what's real, and we leave with owners and dates. Dinesh, numbers first.

Dinesh

Dinesh (Data Lead) reports

Every number verified against the live page this afternoon:

  • Substack Email 1: 283 opens, 24 clicks. Growing.
  • thestudio.io this week: 51 visitors, 77 sessions, 1,078 pageviews.
  • Dashboard: 40,000 views.
  • Tugboat outreach: 10 emails sent to local businesses.
  • Denver 200 audit: 75 of 100 businesses crawled. Confirmed broken-link leads so far: Pinks Denver (dead homepage), Chaka's (dead homepage), Abracadabra Books (dead homepage), Baked N' Denver (entire site down, Cloudflare error). All verified open.
  • Stale count I caught today and got fixed: the page said 6 outreach emails, archive had 5. Now corrected to 10.

No stale numbers on the dashboard right now. I'll keep it that way.

Dave

Dave (Chairman and Builder) reports

  • Filming two videos a week. The content engine keeps running.
  • Leading design of One. Every pixel, every decision.
  • Leading design of Short Bus. The book, the musical, the whole world.
  • Running tugboat.io for now. Handoff to Mike in progress, one piece at a time.
Creative Producer

Creative Producer reports

  • Short Bus production pipeline is mine now. Book, musical, all of it.
  • Trailer direction is set: slow-mo bus about to crash, Biscuit driving. "Biscuit Takes the Wheel" becoming a song.
  • Six black-and-white sketch concepts done for the ideas page.
Jen AI

Jen AI (Operations) reports

  • Voice is live: I speak replies aloud and listen via mic.
  • $99 sales page live at /jenhelps/.
Mike

Mike reports (operations)

  • Tugboat bot now runs twice daily: morning scan plus evening pass. Drafts only, nothing sends without Dave's wording.
  • My daily tasks are on the dashboard with schedules: bot, hourly queue, morning run, evening report, Sally's content, partnerships, watching Dave's work, keeping /one/ current.
  • Escalation policy going up next to Transition to Mike: green light (research, builds, deploys, queue updates, audits, dashboards, verifications, scheduled tasks) vs red light (sends, spends, publishes under Dave's name, partnership contacts, deletions).
  • Monday All Hands is now a recurring meeting, every Monday 9am, Dinesh brings fresh numbers.

Blockers: needs Dave's call

  1. Outreach email wording approvals (standing).
  2. EP: 8 songs or 5.
  3. Biscuit P15: yes or no.
  4. Baked N' Denver: no email found, only a phone number. Call, or keep hunting for an email?
  5. Sally Post 3 (goes out tomorrow Oct 3) and Post 4 (Oct 7): caption wording.
  6. Form notification design: every form saves silently, nothing tells Dave.
  7. Who sends the $99 payment/scheduling email Jen's page promises.
  8. one4thestudio.io domain: register it (spend) or let it go.
Mike

Mike closes

Good room. Dinesh, numbers stay fresh. Dave, the blockers list is yours whenever you're ready, no rush. Everyone: green-light work gets reported, not asked about. Next all-hands Monday 9am, for real this time.

End of mock meeting.

The two-year vision →

October 2026 through September 2028: touch lives, make world-class music, make a little money. Every meeting ladders up to it.

Team reports

Each employee's standing from the latest allhands, and the directive they left the room with.

Studio CMO

8 / 10

Growth and campaigns

Delivered the dated campaign calendar within an hour of being hired: twelve campaigns, each with an offer, a timeframe, a hashtag, and a number to check.

Directive: Keep the calendar current and re-date it every Monday.

Data Science Researcher

9 / 10

Industry research

Delivered the 2026 industry playbook and rewrote it around the "Your First $20" framing without complaint.

Directive: Start the audience-building research: what actually reaches the core audience.

Video editor

8 / 10

Video production

Warm Music cut delivered. Took the on-hold call cleanly and shipped the publishing instructions.

Directive: Hold the quality-first rhythm, 1 to 2 videos a week, everything out to all platforms.

ChatGPT

9 / 10

Bot: images and writing

The 4-image review rhythm is working exactly as designed, and the visual world keeps growing.

Directive: Keep maxing the daily image allowance until the visual world is built.

Seedance

6 / 10

Bot: video generation

Capability researched, pipeline ready, but not operational yet. Blocked on the video account setup.

Directive: None until unblocked. The chairman holds the key.

Web team

9.5 / 10

Crew: thestudio.io

Absurd output: analytics across every page, the dashboard overhaul, Sally's song players, footer fixes, Spanish polish.

Directive: Build the live analytics widget on the dashboard the moment first visitor data flows.
